Hearing Aid Battery Update
Unfortunately our surgery is no longer being supplied with hearing aid batteries
King Edward Hospital / Berkshire Health Patients: Patients attending clinics at: Upton Hospital, Wexham Park Hospital or Heatherwood Hospital must now contact King Edward VII Hospital,Windsor on 0300 365 6222 pressing option 1 to arrange for new hearing aid batteries to be posted out to you.
Limited stock remaining at the surgery so please bring your booklet with you whilst stocks last.
Patient Access by Proxy
Patients are now able to use Patient Access as a proxy on behalf of your loved ones, and those you care for, to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and, where appropriate, view or share medical records. This Proxy access is designed for all users of Patient Access who need to use the service on behalf of someone else. This may include : Families with young children, those who care for a family member or friend who finds using the internet difficult and Professional Carers.

We have attached a leaflet for our patients who have dementia, delirium or communication difficulties called 'This is me' to be able to put information together for those patients who find change to unfamiliar surroundings, or meeting new people who contribute to their care unsettling or distressing.

Changes to Repeat Prescriptions
Changes to the way your order repeat medication
Many patients have a 'repeat prescription' meaning that they can regularly receive certain medication without having to see their doctor each time. Some people order these repeat prescriptions themselves. Others choose to use a pharmacy or dispensing company to order medicines on their behalf. Depending on how you request your medicines, the way that it works for you may change from 1st August 2018.
