The Ivers Practice

Welcome to The Ivers Practice Website @ ivergp.nhs.uk
Our team aim to provide high quality safe and effective primary care services, that are patient centred, and to educate and help patients to be aware of their health needs, promoting choice, whilst using NHS resources in a responsible and appropriate manner. We are supported by excellent local health and social care teams including NHS and council based, private (such as local pharmacists), and voluntary.

Introduction to our practice and website
A simple introduction is provided under our Virtual Practice Brochure.

We are currently accepting new patients. How to register as a new patient can be found under New Patients.

Support for patient groups
Our practice in combination with local services support a number of important patient groups including older people, patients with long-term conditions, Families, children and young people, working age people, people experiencing poor mental health and people whose circumstances may make them vulnerable (which includes carers, patients with dementia, learning disabilities and veterans and more). For our whole practice population there is significant information and local support for health living. These groups are not mutually exclusive and many patients will benefit from the support available across more than one of these groups.
